  1. Bananaleaf management accepts no responsibility for any theft, loss or damage to any property of hirer or any of its event suppliers or guest.
  2. We require minimum 20 people, if less, price will be £2.00 extra Per Person from the above menu.
  3. To confirm the date, you must pay £150.00 as deposit which is refundable after the event, unless there is any damage to the Party Hall.
  4. Require to settle the full payment 10 days before the event.
  5. Time for lunch party: 11:30 am to 04:30 pm & Dinner Party: 05:30 pm to 11:00 pm only.
  6. We can’t serve starters after the main buffet starts and the dinner buffet will close at 10.30pm.
  7. Strictly no takeaways are permitted.
  8. If you cancel the party, the deposit will not be refundable.
  9. Our sound system is only for playback music, we cannot individually select tracks for you. Also you if you wish to use our sound system for your cd’s or usb’s or mobile, this will need to be tested prior to your event.
  10. If you breach any of the above conditions, the deposit will not be returned.
